Booking fee is non refundable. The remaining amount will be paid after Sauna with a credit/debit card. In case of Force majeure, your event might be cancelled. In this case your booking fee will be refunded.

The customer responsible for the booking must be over 18 years old.

After booking the customer has to pay the booking fee.

The customer must treat the over 100 year old facilities with respect.

The customer makes sure that the number of quests is based on the booking.

The customer must leave the facilities clean and tidy.

The customer must pay for the damages.

The smoking is prohibited inside the Sauna building and on the porch. (There is a separate smoking area in front of the Sauna)

Residents of the Villa neighborhood must be respected.

If these conditions are not respected, we might need to end your event.
